FACTS. - Hill Mangum developed some multi-story condos, and contracted with Dover for elevator maintenance. Hill Mangum was
financially unable to complete the project, and did not pay several bills from Dover. The condo owners incorporated, took
over management of the common areas, and contracted with another firm for elevator maintenance. PROCEEDINGS. - Dover sued Hill Mangum and the condo owners corporation. On stipulated facts, a district Judge entered summary
judgment for Dover immediately before his resignation took effect. His replacement signed a judgment but did not sign findings
and Conclusions.
